Recovery Yoga | 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 5pm CST | Suggested donation $5-15

Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) connects the dots between the wisdom of yoga, the tools of 12-step programs, and research on trauma healing and neurobiology. Y12SR complements traditional programs to address the physical, mental & spiritual dis-ease of addiction. All recovery paths welcome, including substance, gambling, and more. Click here to register

Mind Over Matter: TBI-Friendly Yoga | 1st & 3rd Wednesdays, 5pm CST | $10

These TBI-friendly, gentle yoga classes are led by Michelle, a Love Your Brain Certified instructor. They are designed to support healing and resilience via specialized techniques to address fatigue, headaches, dizziness, and other TBI-related symptoms. This class is suitable for beginners and those with limited mobility.​​ Click here to register
